Green card parents sponsor under 21 years old child

Hi,
May I know if green card parents can sponsor their under 21 years old child? If yes, how long will that child can come to the US?

An LPR petitioner can file an I-130 for their child (under 21, unmarried) in the F2A category. Consult the Visa Bulletin for estimated wait time until priority date becomes current. There is a further wait after that based on workload processing queue at particular consulate in question. Count on at least a year after filing the I-130, possibly longer.
