I -864 A issue ( rejected twice need help)

My wife is main petitioner for her father ,

she is a house wife and we file TAXES Jointly ( Husband & Wife) , my income is well over poverty guidelines , but my i-864 A is rejected twice not sure

"We are unable to accept these documents as uploaded. Please add (Husband) as a Household Member under WIFE. All documents for HUSBAND should be submitted under their own name."

Under FE Note its mentioned

"Please submit every 2021 W-2/1099 form for WIFE)....but she does not work i am not sure what to submit

They have accepted i-864 form

On your wife's I-864, did she put 0 as her individual income (Part 6 #7), put your name and income as Person 1 (Part 6 #8-10), put the sum of your two incomes in Part 6 #20, and check the box in Part 6 #21?

newacct yes i have done the same , they have accepted i-864 , but some how i-864 A they rejected and mentioned above

newacct need your help please ( shall i only submit i-864 ) and add bank statement as income then i dont know why i-864 A i am having this issue

never mind i figure out no issue with i -864 A, just to add household member in ceac website with petitioner , wished i knew that waisted 4 months
