IR5 for parents. Can I request interview to be on the same date for both parents?

I petitioned my parents in June 2021. Their case has been completed and qualified by NVC on Oct 2022. They have the same priority date (06/21/2021) but their DQ date is different by two days. We haven't received their interview date yet. They will be interviewing at Cd. Juarez My question is: Can I and should I contact NVC and request that their interview appointment is scheduled on the same day? They are both in their 70's and it would be really taxing for them to have to travel twice at different times. Should I wait to see if they schedule the interview for the same day and if not then and only then contact the NVC?
