Hello all :
I petitioned for my mother's GC via an attorney. She has already faced an interview with the embassy, paid all the necessary fees and is in the States just waiting for the green card delivery at the attorney's office. She has been in the States since November 12 2022. The latest update on her receipt is as follows :
Based on the above, we assumed she would have received her GC by Feb 12th 2023.
An idiotic thing I did as well is that I lost the online code access USCIS sent to my address. I tried to request a new online access code using my name as the petitioner but I got a weird message back from USCIS help center :
Now we are getting really worried.

On July 6, 2022, we received your USCIS Immigrant fee payment for your Permanent Resident Card related to your immigrant visa. We will be processing the request for production of your Permanent Resident Card. You should receive your Permanent Resident Card within 90 days of your entry into the United States or within 90 days after your USCIS Immigrant Fee payment is received. If you do not receive your Permanent Resident Card, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

- Our attorney is adamant that she did not receive the GC. I have a suspicion that it was lost in transit or her staff were negligent. I of course can't prove either. However....
- Will the delivery of the GC and or shipment of the GC be reflected with the receipt number?
- We tried to get a new online access code again using my mother's name instead of mine and her email address. It's been more than 72 hours now. Should we wait or try again?
- When I called the USCIS number and asked the automated assistant for an update to the receipt number it stated that it will take up to 120 days to get the GC, but this contradicts what is online. So is this some new time period now?
- If we want to do an e-Request to get an update, should we file form I-90 ( https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDCForm.do;jsessionid=27A1B27E686F27873E8EB11BEF8AFD3 9?sroPageType=ndc&entryPoint=init)? There is no clear option that states Green Card. I assume it is I-90 based on my research.
