Parent I-30 filing and the Beneficiary's birth certificate

I am filing I-30 for a parent. Do I need to upload my parent's birth certificate too? I read that in froums that it is required in sibmission by mail but do not see any section for uploading online. Can I uploaded them in the section of the portioner's birth certificate alongside mine(the petitioner)? Thank you.

As far as I know, you need to upload it, but I'm not sure in 100%, so let's wait for other members' suggestions
