Concurrent filling i130/i485 for Mother. i130 approved pending GC

06/12/2022 Case Received
06/15/2022 I-485 submitted
06/21/2022 I-485 Received
01/24/2023 Case Approved
01/24/2023 RFE Received (Medical)
01/31/2023 Medical Docs Sent
02/03/2023 RFE Response Received

I just wanted to know that my mom is with my on Visitor Visa (Expired 12/15/2022). She has Advance Parole Document.
1) How long does it take for i-485 after approval of i-130 and RFE?
2) If my mom travels abroad will she be denied entry due to overstaying her visa?

I will be grateful for guidance please.

2. No. Since she has been granted Advance Parole, she can reasonably expect to be paroled in when she returns on that Advance Parole within its validity period.
