Hello.
I am contacting you about info on help I can receive to help get my husband back into the states. We were married in the US for one year then when his mother fell ill we had to go be with her in Brazil. Since my husband was not legal while living in the states, he was not able to return and so we have been living together with our son in Brazil for over 2 years. How could I possibly proceed with getting him back here? Though he left illegally he did not receieve any sort of letter stating that he would be unable to return, and no one said anything to him when he was leaving the country.
