What is the process after Approval of petition

I have sponsored for my brother who is living in US on H1 visa. I have got 797 notice of approval of my petition. What is the next step. The priority date is June 2009.

Your brother's F4 priority date won't become current for many years (9 or 10 years for India). He can probably get a greencard faster if he has a willing employer.
