Question about marriage after LPR

I have a question on how to sponsar my wife. I just got my green card last
month. If I get married now, under what visa I can bring my wife here? Or
If my wife is already here on J1 visa. Can I sponsor her for Green card?

Since she is a J-1 nonimmigrant she needs to figure out if she is subject to the 2 year home residency requirements of INA 212(e) in oeder to be able to adjust status.

As long as the proper requirements and steps have been followed and taken care of, you should have no problem. My best friend's brother recently went through the same situation and was worried about the same things, but everything worked out fine! best of luck =)
