My pd: 11 April 2016
I have Questions. 1.My mother who is the petitioner are in a life or death situation. She is a cancer patient. She is in chemotherapy. Her condition is not well because she is 70 years old. It is desperately need to be with my mother. My question is my case becomes documentary qualified on 2 March 2023.
Can i expedite my case? (Though my pd is not current in F2B category)
What way should i follow?

It's not possible to do anything about visa numbers not being available. It's not a matter of being fast or slow. The number of visas that can be issued in each category is set in law by Congress, and the officers have no discretion over it.
