I have employment based Greencard (EB3) through my husband for the past 4 years. If I want to divorce him, will that affect me in anyways? Do I need to change my marital status to divorced in my greencard in that case if I need to marry someone else? or can I just divorce in India and get married again to someone else and apply for their green card?
