in the field of Mother's name , there are two parts First Name and Family Name , her last name is now Alexandra Smith, but i wrote her name as Alexandra Jones, Jones is her maiden name, but officially her name is now Alexandra Smith which she inherited from father's last name.
i checked some guys wrote the last name as the official name , do you think i made a mistake? do i need to correct it before it goes to the Consultate , or i am correct in my action, please help someone
