my friend is a single mother and her catagory is f1(un married daughter of us citizen) .and she has a 5 month baby .she didn't inform to nvc .her case is transfered to concular .so can she inform about her baby at the time of interview and can she get visa with out delay in her time .

A child may ride with the beneficiary as a derivative. The unmarried son or daughter is F1-1 and the out of wedlock kid is F1-2. No additional petition is required but, being that you're dealing with the government, expect some paperwork.
