I filed here, being on US territory in February 2022 for I-130 and I-485 on the basis of marriage, the husband having a green card. In March, we received a request for evidence to send the medical form and Bona fide marriage to no longer have an interview. After I sent the necessary I-130 was approved in 8 days.
Do you know how long the I-485 could be approved? it's already been 3 weeks since the I-130 was approved
