    I-130 for my daughter

    hey everyone

    I hope you're having a blessing day,
    My mom filled i-130 for her daughter (18yr old) 05-03-2022, a year ago to be exact, she’s a green card holder
    the case still showing is being actively reviewed By USCIS (TEXAS SERVICE CENTER)since
    05-04-2022, we don’t know what to do

    Is the daughter inside or outside the US? How did the mother immigrate?

      daughter outside the states, and the mother immigrated 2 years ago her son applied for her greencard

        There is nothing to do now except wait for the I-130 to be approved.
