Hi,
I am applying family based GC for my mom. She is in US right now on visitor visa staying with us in Fremont, California. I am planning to file I-130 and I-485 together. She is widow. I need help related to question 22, 17 and 11 of section C.
1. On Question 22, "Your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:"
What City and State should I put. Should I put
a. My city (Fremont, CA) or
b. Or lockbox location (Chicago, IL) or
c. Local USCIS office (either San Jose, CA or San Francisco, CA)
2. On Question 17, " List husband/wife and all children of your relative."
Should I include my deceased father name as well?
3. On Question 11 "Name of prior husband/wifes"
How should I answer this. Will my deceased father considered as prior husband?
