I-485 filing need help

Hi,
I am filing for my fathers Adjustment of Status. Everything is ready. The confusion going on is that in his passport and visa(Indian) the first name is spelled incorrect(His correct spelling is Riaz where as in passport and visa its spelled as Raiz). His birth certificate, marriage certificate and all the other things have the correct spelled name. Please advice me what to do.
