Sponsoring B2 parent for GC, when can I file?

Parents just entered with B2 visa. Shall I wait for 90 days to concurrently file i130 / 485 or this can be done immediately? Online research about this issue seems pretty contraversial.

I am not sure, but online some places it says that probability of it being applied to Parents is small.
I am not sure if it helps if they have already been in US and left once.

Today I talked to lawyer and according to her if parents have been to USA before, one can file for it after at-least 1.5 months safer to do it around 2.
