Supporting & Civil documents Accepted, received message to provide more documents

All Supporting & Civil documents on the NVC website are Accepted and I received a message from NVC to provide further documents about W2. when we try to upload them we get the below error message. we think this error is because all the columns are in the Accepted state. not sure how to upload or provide a document to NVC now .

please help us how to provide additional documents so we can be DQ.
