Hi is this situation normal? i filed, i130,i485,i131,i865, and i765 concurently in august 2010 for my GC application after my marriage to my us citizen husband. i got a reciept from uscis two weeks after and i131 was approve in october. the problem is its december and i have not recieve a notice for a finger print.., i am worried because my case has not been updated online since october. what do u think i should do.,
