GC for spouse

Hi,

MY would be wife is in India and had never travelled to US. Her I130 is approved and she is waiting to get her GC on Family based GC - 4 th category.

Can she apply for any GC/ visa for me so that i can travel to US and work there. She is still waiting to get her GC.

I am assuming that her brother or sister has applied for her green card.

In that case, you can get married to her and you will get the green card at the same time she will get. She does not need to file a separate green card for you, if you are married before she gets the green card.

Thanks for reply.

Her Father had applied GC through his brother who is american citizen.
In this case she is waiting for Immigrant Visa number and I am getting married to her in couple of days.

How can I approach embassy and steps need to follow
