Processing Time after Medical Exam

Good day my people. Hope all is well. quick question. How long after submission of I-693 does the green card get processed when filing for a Parent? I was also asked to resubmit the affidavit of support for this year. I submitted it last December, but I guess they wanted copies of my taxes for this year.
She's also here in the states with me.
