I am sure it will have a bad impact on all of us. My PD is August 5 2010. I was still waiting for the IV invoice , they were making unnecessary delay . I don't know when we will get a current date. Can anyone highlight????

retrogresson on january visa bulletin
Hi diar48, I just read the january 2011 visa bulletin & almost had a stroke. have you got to any idea what will happen next? we have received our first package from nvc three days back & our pd was current on dec 2010 visa bulletin. will it still be current for process our case on regular basis & visa issuance or we are also in backlog? -
Any thoughts on the regression on F1 & F2A/B
Does anybody here know why PD's of these categories have gone back by nearly 2 years in some ? It makes sense if it stays stagnant, so one can assume that the numbers available are full up, but a total reverse ? Waht does this mean ?

I think I had a stroke too
. I just sent my application I-130 about 2 weeks ago and was very optimistic. I have no idea why they suddenly delay everything from about 5 months to more than 2 years. I asked my lawyer and he has no answer...
Does anyone think this has to do with it being a holiday month.. maybe they are not processing as many applications as previous months ???Comment

F2A Retrogression
I am also looking for the same from last couple of days, and interestingly I found that these kind of retrogression happen twice in past too... Look for visa bulletin from May 2006 to Dec 2006, where date goes in PD goes in reverse... But it came back in 6 months...
So hope for the best and it will come down shortly (in 2 - 3 months) what its in Dec 2010 ...Comment
