Hello All,
I am a bit confused about the sequence in which I can apply for parent's GC who are in India, I am a US citizen and I am want to apply for them this month. All I know for now is that I should file I- 130 to being with for each parent, but I read somewhere in this forum that I should file I-864 & I-485 as well. So if some one could guide me through this please.
