I-130 and I-485 for parents with medical exam from India

Hello, and thank you for considering my question.

I am preparing to sponsor Green Cards for my parents. They are on B2/visitor visa and are expected to arrive in USA from India later in August. Our intention is to petition I-130 and I-485 together, soon as they arrive. As part of I-485, I'd need to submit I-693 with medical exam. Is it possible to get the medical exam done in India before they travel to save on time? From what I am reading online, medical exam is typically done in India for Consular Processing route. But is it possible and recommended for the I-485 route?

They should not enter the US in B2 status with preconceived intent to file I-485 during that stay.
