Filling I-130 online. Says I am not eligible to apply for my mother.

I am a naturalized US citizen. i was naturalized in 2018. I started filling out I-130 for my mother, and i correctly clicked the "I am a US citizen" in the relevant place. However, once I clicked 'Parent" in the relationship to beneficiary section, I got a pop-up message as follows.

"You may not meet the eligibility requirement for your petition

If you are petitioning for your parent, you must be a U.S. citizen at the time of your petition."

Does anyone know what may be going on, and is there anyone i should contact at USCIS for help?
