Hi...

I'm a greencard holder,since 2003.I went to india in 2005 for continuing education with reentry permit.Now i'm in US since Nov 2009.Whether i'm eligible for applying US citizenship,orelse when i can apply for citizenship?.

hi binoj if i am not wrong you just got your f2b visa right. ? Are you talking about your father who migrated in 2003? The period of residing in inida on re-entry will not be counted. However there are some exceptions like people working for US companies etc who can still be elligible for US citizenship even though they have re-entry perm with them.
PS: I plan to travel to US now in May 2011. I had my interview on 2nd dec in London
