E-Filing for Clients

Does anyone have experience e-filing cases on behalf of clients? I am preparing an I-130 for a married couple, both currently living in China. In the past, I always mail in hard copy filings but I'm thinking about having them e-file.

If you have experience doing this, how do you go about it? Do you do all of the filing for the client or do you walk them through the process and have them do it on their own? Any benefits or drawbacks that you've experienced?
