Just moved from F2B to F1b, priority date for december 2010, retrogression for jan

Hello,

Can someone tell me what happens now? My case was just moved from F2B to F1 on December 10th ,we have just asked nvc if we can pay the fees, My question is

1. If NVC asks us to pay fees, will i have the have the advantage of Decemeber 2010 visa bulletin F1B priority date (feb2006) or will i be affected by the retrogression of Jan 2011 as well?

2.How do i know which priority date is mine December 2010 / Jan 2011(visa bulletin)

Any information would be appreciated.

After you pay the fees to NVC, it will take atleast 3-4 months for you to get the interview date. This is where you will have to worry about priority date and retrogression.
