Hello,
I am the petitioner for my parents for whom Green Card processing is going on. They have a consulate appointment in Mumbai coming up. They have Health appointment scheduled as well. I am unable to take the biometric appointment which should be done after Medical and before Consulate appointment. I am trying to schedule it through the website mentioned and I am unable to login into the system. I have tried calling the number mentioned 1-703-520-2239 on the website and have also emailed [email protected] but I am unable to get any response from there. Is their any way to reach them.
