immigration visa application DS-230 ( civil documents )

hi everyone ,

I reside in India , and wife who is currenty in US
is my sponsor for greencard ( family based immigration - spouse ) .

I have designated my wife as my agent ( DS-3032 , choce of agent )
for all the correspondence .

After paying the immigration visa application fees online she got an email stating

" You must now download and complete the Immigrant Visa Application for the principal applicant and each derivative applicant that will accompany him/her to the United States. Please visit the following website for instructions on how to obtain and submit the Immigrant Visa Application:

my question is
1) Do i need to send the original civil documents to NVC along with DS-230
or do i need to submit it at the time of visa interview at the corresponding consulate .

an early reply is appreciated .
