my immi fees was paid in june 2009 and i have filled my ds-230 form on 16/dec/2010 now what will jan 2011 will effect me or mine case is considered to process further and get my interview call

They will only schedule appointments now if your PD is current.

Oh sorry for messy query my question was that i have already paid all the fees and have also submitted the DS-230 form which they have already received on 23/12/2010. Now, will jan 2011 visa-bulletin effect my immigration process or i will get the interview call in regular time....
