I am applying green card for both my parents. I have filed I130's for both of them separately and got them approved. I am trying to file DS260 for my mother first and there is question " Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S. with you?". The answer seems to be yes, but I found in a few places that since the petitions are separate for both my parents, I should answer it as "No". If there is any any derived applicant who is going to immigrate with the primary on the same petition, only then I should mark it as "Yes" is what is suggested. Wondering what to do here. Please advice.
