The USCIS has updated its CSPA to freeze the child's age at the filing under Chart B. However, how's that applied to consulates? Is it automatically applied to green cards issued abroad? We've been waiting for 4 plus years after my brother's documents are considered complete by NVC in 2019 and waiting for the priority date to become current. It has moved a total of 4 weeks in three years for F4.
