please advice..file 130 or wait for citizenship

hello everyone
i am on h1 b visa with 140 approved and priority date fr lbr cert 09/08. my wife is gc holder due for citiznship in 06/11 and my h1 completion 6 years in june 2011. please advice do i file for I 130 based on my wife s GC -keeping priority dates in mind or wait for her to gt citizenship. please advice. input appreciated

Citizenship will take a few months; you may be out-of-status by then. You should contact an attorney asap.

Apply for GC via your wife. Once she becomes a citizen, your application will be upgraded.
