Concurrent visitor visa renewal allowed with family green card under processing?
Hi All,
My parents have a visitor visa expiring in June 2024. Their family based green card application is now with NVC awaiting submitting of documentation by the petitioner/ us.
1. Can they renew their visitor visa while we continue their green card application Process? Will it cause any issues with either visa renewal or green card processing?
2. Can they still travel to USA in Jan/ Feb 2024 if their visa is still valid but less than 6 months left (their passport is valid for another 10 years)?
