    Will my mom lose my Late. Dad's pension if I apply for GC for her ?

    Hello all,

    I want to apply for green card for my mom. She is receiving pension as a nominee of my Late. Dad from Central Government of India. Will she lose that pension if I apply for Green Card for her ? And could you please let me know what are the various documents we need to apply for her Green Card ?
