I need to ask you I already filled out I-864 forms and want to confirm with you, which paid receipt should I send with this form Is it AOS fee $70 or Visa fee per person $400? I also need to know which address should I send this from?

AOS fee receipt. Also the address is mentioned in the place where you see the AOS fee as paid.
