F3 filing date

If my spouse’s country's filing date is current, will my application become current as well in F3 Family Based Greencard.

I am the principal beneficiary, my spouse is the one who's country's filing date is current.

Yes, you can cross-charge to your spouse's country of chargeability, but in order to do that, the two of you must immigrate at the exact same time. This means you must both do Adjustment of Status in the US, or both do Consular Processing abroad for an immigrant visa and enter together.
