Post Green Card Interview in Montreal
Sponsored my son (under 21 when we started). Today he had his interview with an office at the Montreal Office, she asked his major and if he had published any research papers, for which he answer truthfully: Yes as a recent graduate.
She then returned him his passport and issue a Refusal Worksheet crossing the Section 221(g) boxes stating that: Additional Processing is required, and that the should mail back his passport along with any information they asked for. including a copy of his résumé and a copy of his published papers.
Really confused, has anyone seen something like this? Is he at risk?
