Help with re-scheduling Parents visa interview

My parents NVC approval came last year, but they were not able to attend the interview. I have been trying to re-schedule their interview on the new portal but it always says "No Slots Available" for OFC.

Can anyone please suggest the process to re-schedule the interview?
