I'm a US citizen and filed an I-130 to petition my adult sister for a Green Card just yesterday. Today, the tracker on my CIS account said "estimated time until case decision: 2 months". What exactly does that mean? I know the wait is over 10 years but does it mean that they will look over the petition and approve or deny within 2 months and then, if approved, it goes to the wait pile until the time is up?
