I-130 - Original Petitioner Dies, what happens next?

I filled out and sent I-130 forms for my uncle's children (children are over 21 and married), my uncle is a recent US citizen and so is wife, they want to know if he dies (petitioner) before his son (beneficiary) gets his visa call, what will happen to the application?

How can they transfer the form over to my uncle's wife (also the mother of the beneficiary), what forms are required to be filled out and when do they need to do that?
