i heard that unmarried child up to 25yrs of age is call visa interview along with their parents isnt it? true?
my brother is 22 yrs old will he get the visa call with my parent when my sister USA citizen put petition for my parent
pls urgent
otherwise my brother willing to by student visa
plz guide me what to do

If your sis (US Citzen) applly for parents, parrents can migrate in US within 12 month or so. Any brother or sister can not travel with them. Your sis may need to file I-130 for brother and sis seprate.
