Hi All- My father had a physical green card and a social security number. My mom and siblings had got the approval card, and we could have traveled to the U.S. and would have got our green cards. Me and my siblings were below 18. Then 9/11 happened, and my dad didn't want us to live in the U.S., so he forfeited the green card. His Passport shows that his green card was canceled, and he got a multiple-entry visa instead.
I want to see if I can be eligible for a green card now. I was below 18, and my dad made a decision that wasn't the best.
