Filed for i130 now wanted to travel to another country can I?

I am a us citizen and applied for a green card for my husband by filing for I 130 petition it is taking a long time so meanwhile can I travel to another country till the green card is getting approved?
I have one more question
I am an albino and partially blind can I expedite my case if yes, how? it is very difficult for me to stay here alone
