Need your help.
IN THE VISA BULLETIN, under which category do the parents of citizens get green card ??

My parents live in India.

I looked through all 4 categories and did not fine parents of citizens in any category?

Also, how long is it taking for the entire process?

For parents of citizens the visa is always available. Same as spouse of citizen.
