Parents (Permanent Resident) Applying for Under 21 Unmarried Child
For some Reason , USCIS keeps giving us the Estimate date and changes it when it says 7 days left for decision. It happened 2 times in last 14 months. Now all it says is "taking longer than expected" what exactly is that means? they do not accept request because they say its still in time-frame. Anyone went through this situation , if so what really happens?
