Hello:
I am looking to sponsor a green card for my parent who is in India. I am a resident of Pennsylvania and I want to know:
1. In which jurisdiction will my application fall (NY, Nebraska etc)
2. My parent is in India and what is the timeline to get the approval?
3. Once the process begins can they travel on a visa to the US to visit me if required
4. How much time would it take to get the green card if I bring my parent to the US and then start the process.
