Estimated times until case decisions for I-130 vs I-485 for concurrent filing
I have a concurrent filing for my Mom's GC (family based) and currently I see the below. Can someone help me with which approval would come first and when is she expected to receive her GC roughly?
I-130 - Estimated time until case decision - 11 Months
I-485 - Estimated time until case decision - 5 Months
Also, for her I-485, she's at Step 3 of 4 (current step): Attend interview (if necessary).
I haven't received any instructions for any interview and I assume it's not needed. But can you let me know under what circumstances would one get called for an interview vs one doesn't? My Mom is 76 years old if that info is helpful.
